For 8+ years I have created compelling content strategies for copy and tutorial use that attract, engage and retain audiences! As a former print journalist and editor who switched to digital in 1997, I know how to create authentic content and utilize the systems that enable people to consume, interact with, and share that content across verticals. My approach to community outreach involves written
and spoken broadcast, digital content marketing is applying analytics first, and developing a measurable strategy based on outreach goals. With regards to fundraising, all of these skills are a great foundation. Former marketing / seasonal giving clients include United Way, Caldwell Banker, My Day Office Partners, Pulse Magazine, ISSU, Seattle Weekly, REAP Mediazine, Hollywood Sunset Free Clinic, and others. Today, as a community activist, I work with professionals and companies to guide programs (public and private) through the creative review process, helping to build an accountable base for community participation and outreach and donor base. I am whom to bring in when being great at balancing lots of projects and new donors. I am a curious person who’s passionate about brand, film, writing and design; I work within a budget to create content for fellow visionary strategists and revenue builders and offer a strategy for fundraising opportunities. I am the go-to girl for building relationships with foundations, corporations and other partners to develop joint ventures, cleverly targeted workshops, and mutually beneficial activities. I connect the dots where others cannot. I have consulted as a bridge between creative ideas and technical executions, worked to interpret creative concepts and requests for media companies and agencies technical challenges, limitations. I am the intersection where publicist, marketing coordinator, production, and the journalist meet – and my heart is on fire.
