Today is the day! Blue tea (purple pandan) is back on ice here at the shop, from now until it gets cold again. That means our beloved Holley Blue (iced purple pandan and oat milk with a touch of vanilla) is also back, and you can really lose yourself in the trippy swirls of cream, man. Super groovy!

It’s Kate’s last day! You have about one hour to receive a delicious oat macchiato from her before she leaves to start some sort of “career” we’ve heard about but never tried. Kate has slung spro at pretty much all your favorite roasters in Portland over the years, but what you might not know is that she’s also a great customer, and I’ve been reassured that she’ll probably come and get coffee sometimes.

Nah but seriously, Kate is so good at this and it’s been great having her here for this all too short amount of time. Thanks Kate, and we’ll see you at the Grandaddy/Pedro the Lion shows in September, can’t wait!!
