Another linen worth a closer look.
An exceptionally fine Italian yarn with 90% linen and 10% polyamide. Knit it in multiple strands or hold it together with another yarn to add breathability and that beautiful natural linen texture. A great choice for summer tops, tees, cardigans, and warm weather projects.

Such a yarn is a first for us, and it definitely deserves its own post. We’ve had plenty of sequin yarns before, but this is the first time we’ve received a yarn that combines both sequins and beads.
Astrofil Starry Sky is 100% cotton at 450m/100g, with sequins and beads running throughout the yarn.
Use it on its own in one or two strands, or pair it with other yarns for something a little different.
We’d love to know what you would make with it.

Let’s take a closer look at one of the new arrivals.
RiGo Tokyo 1200 is a voluminous bouclé with large loops, mohair in the blend, and a very distinctive texture. Definitely not a yarn that goes unnoticed.

New silk is now on the website
A very fine 100% silk at 9000m per 100g.

While it can be knitted on its own in multiple strands, we especially love using it as a companion thread. Even a single strand can add a subtle silk sheen, beautiful drape, and a little extra depth to the color of your fabric.
If you’ve worked with our Yarnix blends before, you’ve probably seen this effect already. We use a similar fine silk in many of our signature blends to create that delicate glow.
And here’s a nice bonus: when used as a companion thread, 50g is usually enough for an entire garment.
