Wanted to include some stills from our black belt forms from this session.

Our schools use forms as both a learning tool and a creativity tool. After all it's called Martial Arts not Martial Martial!

Students testing for their black belts are given the assignment of creating a form that includes everything they've learned up to that moment. The forms can take anywhere from 3 months to a year to put together. We are unbelievably proud and grateful to be part of their journey. And remember! A black belt is not the end, it is the beginning!
