Focus and exposure, choosing an aperture, taking a clean photo, understanding light. Those are all necessary things to know as a photographer, but they aren’t the hard part. And they aren’t want make you a good photographer.
Everyone can learn the technical aspects of photography. The hard part, the part that makes you an artist is seeing your subject, interpreting, then showing the capturing the scene or person. Capturing what you see is harder than you might think. And it’s so important.
