Dore, 25, of Moscow, Maine; assigned to 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas; who died on this day in 2007 in Baghdad of wounds sustained from an improvised explosive device. Command; who died on this day in 2003 in a traffic accident on Highway 8 in Iraq. 1stSgt Coffin spent 23 years in the military and always took care of his soldiers.
