Lay Day Roasters

In April 2024, we leased a 1,500 sq. warehouse in Portland’s West Bayside neighborhood. Since then, our primary focus has been sourcing and roasting the best coffee possible. Our coffee is roasted on a Diedrich, a fully manual, gas-powered machine. We continually experiment, striving to refine offer coffees that are unique to Maine and can be enjoyed by all.
