Hey JavaScript developers, Squishymedia is looking for one or two new devs to work on a great project. We're getting ready to do several major sprints on OpenNeuro, an open-source framework for sharing and analyzing fMRI data for the purposes of improving the state-of-the-art in open source neuroscience research. Demonstrated experience with AWS, React, and/or distributed computing is a requirement; this is not an entry level position. After the six-month push on this project, we’ve got plenty of additional projects in the public interest — current projects include an aviation safety application, computer science education support, a diabetes management statistical planning tool, and our in-house project applying machine learning technology to nutritional tracking and analysis. Come work with a great team while building tools that make a difference in our communities.

Squishy's experiment in machine learning is already showing promising results. We're running tests using National Cancer Institute data on our new system and the early results are looking good! We're looking forward to seeing what the technology can do.

So we were a little wrapped up in projects and have neglected our page for, um...an unseemly length of time. Which is sad, as we've done some really cool work recently.
• Built a system for neuroscience reproducibility efforts
• Released a portal for mental health dataset dissemination
• Worked on three projects for education engagement online
• Expanded an aviation safety application
