⁣Whenever things get really really bad, I tend to disappear. It’s something I’ve been working on. When I was in CO, I was experiencing DV. Cut out some manipulative and toxic friendships too. Escaped and moved to Portland, buuuut 😵‍💫

So many sh*tty things have happened, so I’ll summarize:⠀
- Health worse after getting covid from friends negligence (was already chr0nically ilI/ d1sabled⠀
-Led to shingles twice within 4-ish months⠀
- Lost part time gov job⠀
- In debt from rent and basic bills because of this⠀
- In therapy for cPTSD (both practitioners said it’d get worse before it got better) 🛌
- Broke my phone doing mural⠀
- Mural got graffitied and set me back weeks⠀
- My car was attacked twice (cat and gas tank), now tailpipe falling off and other needed repairs⠀
- Fiance lost job due to able-ism⠀
- Fiance’s car broke down, homeless person moved in and stole tires, got towed = car gone⠀😭
- Fiance’s phone is off and they’re requiring back pay plus cost of their devices, in full 🫠
- Late payment from client put me in worse shape⠀

Been pushing through a ton of bad things this year. It’s been one bad event overlapping another, trying to get through it. Healing from trauma and burnout 🛌⠀

Coming up for air and doing my best to not drown. I’ll be here more often, and asking for help soon. We can’t go it alone and I remind my friends of it. But I need to follow my own advice 😅⠀
