We meet at the Portland Trails Parking area on Marginal Way just past U-Haul and next door to the former location of Portland Power Yoga. We jog, run, sprint, skip and do other types of moving cardio for short distances and stop and do drills such as push ups, step ups, dips, jumping jacks all along the way.
