DARPA researched this, added ketones were supplemented to prevent seizures. Side effects were mental clarity ,energy and weightloss. The ketogenic diet was created in the 1900's to help kids having seizures. And so it's evolved to 2015 where we take a supplement and have ketones in our system. And no one has it but us.
