Are you aware that intermittent fasting is a great idea which helps your body to cut down on eating foods not healthy for your body?

Today many people eat way too much, too much sweet poison, and food that the body doesn't recognize which causes major issues in the body like diseases and even early death, and digestive issues. Too many people eat without moderating. They just can't stop filling their bodies with "junk non food".

Want to live well with a happy body, then you need to respect your body and give it the food it recognizes and wants and not too much of it. Mostly raw living whole organic plant food is what the body loves. Especially sprouts which are easily assimilated in the body and help with elimination so your digestive system works great.
