Forgot to post our pending listings from last week! 100% of our listings went pending during the first weekend on market at list price and higher 🙌🏼

These pending sales meant amazing things! Two of the homes went pending for one family who decided to cash out and purchase a piece of real estate sitting on 15 acres with just peace and serenity surrounding you (sitting at that inspection wasn’t hard at ALL 😍).

The other pending sale was a single fathers first home that he decided to sell. He got 100% custody of his kiddos and watched his babies grow up in that home. It was a bittersweet sale, but he passed it on to another single father ❤️
