I was off the grid for a few months.
For those that didn’t know, I earned a shattered right calcaneus.
3 weeks ago, I self diagnosed a torn infraspinatus.

I could barley lift my arm, and forget about any weight or rotating the AC joint.
I’ve been using my club bells appropriately, and other Movements essential movements.
Every single day it has improved.
3 weeks.
I have never attacked a serious injury with such diligence, heal included.
Club bells are the number one rehab tool for shoulder rehab and preventative maintenance.
With the appropriate movements for the injury. It was a little painful at the beginning, but it was worth the work.
