When I flipped the cards the song “Straight On” by heart flooded my thoughts. (Lyrics in separate pic).

The Rune today is Uruz / Ox / Animal Strength and Power. Then the cards reinforced it this concept. Both young women ooze confidence and determination.

I was thinking on this morning’s walk about a time I was sick and how I understood it wasn’t an outside source causing it, but an inner release. The 9 of Energy/Wands reminded me of that time; a purging of toxins; still unsure if those toxins were from this life or some I brought with me to heal. Regardless, it took strength to let go and purge them.

To those toxins within I know I can release, transform and heal; to those toxins like Heart said “I’m coming Straight On for you.” (With Grace and Ease 😄).
