Let 'Em Play Foundation

The Let ‘Em Play Foundation was created in 2012 by the Portland Basketball Officials Association (PBOA) to honor the 36 year career of then commissioner Howard Mayo by providing scholarships that pay the participation fees for students playing High School basketball at those schools serviced by the PBOA who otherwise might not be able to participate.
