We are registered with the Oregon Secretary of State, Corporation Division, as a domestic nonprofit corporation for the public benefit (Registry Number 640806-91). Monies given to TEST are not so much donations as they are investments in our community and in the people who helped foster your success. We appreciate those individuals who see the value in our mission. Working together in numbers, we can and will change lives. Our plan is to have 85% of all donations received go directly to programs for the needy, with no more than 10% used for fundraising and 5% for administration. Allocation of funds among programs is handled by the TEST Board of Directors. Oprah Winfrey was once asked to what she attributes her tremendous success.
