Company Tonight Catering

ecided to start Company Tonight Catering in honor of his mother who was always telling young Ricky, "Go clean your room, we're having Company Tonight." Rick's culinary career began in the 8th grade when his mother told him he had to get a job after racking up a sizable bill at the family's country club in New Jersey. He found a summer job as a dishwasher/line cook at a busy breakfast joint on the Jersey Shore and eventually started a small catering business in his home town, Mtn Lakes, NJ.
