To the Luck of the Irish, we’re wishing you a joyful St. Patrick’s Day!

Eileanóir a Rúin / Wild Mountain Thyme
Traditional Gaelic/Irish, arranged by Antonia Forster

According to Gaelic folklore, Eileanóir Chaomhanach eloped with Cearbhall Ó Dálaigh, a 17th-century harpist and poet based in Pallas, County Wexford, Ireland. Eileanóir, the daughter of Sir Morgan Kavanagh of Poll an Mhointigh, wasn’t originally destined to marry Cearbhall. Grows around the purple heather.
