Freed Bodywork
Structural bodywork amazes and humbles me the more I practice. My knowledge and skills continue to grow after receiving my license from Oregon in 2008. Come in to experience a different type of structural bodywork striving to change your pain and tension patterns.

Hey, just had to drop you a line. I’m in the midst of a fun, yet not easily articulable, exploration of a new and at the same time familiar embodied experience … a pleasantly bemused mix of ‘oh, that’s interesting’ and ‘what the f**k else has shifted?’ I wore a pretty sweet wig to pick up my daughter from school on Friday …. She - who initially walked right by me - and her friends thought it was hilarious … the other parents were, as you might expect, a mixed bag. I had a great time. Today I made one of the seven classic blunders and gave a vagabond cat one of my dog’s sausage patties … I am so not a cat person and yet now - quite predictably in retrospect - have a feline sitting on the fence watching every move I make. Anyway, a long winded way of saying that the shifts from the work are re / connecting me with parts of myself that I had put aside or stepped away from. So much fun and deeply gratifying to see things that I experienced as intransigent changing / becoming malleable. I can’t begin to tell you how many experiences I’ve had that dance around the edges of things but don’t move the needle. Thank you for helping me open the door of possibility.

If we look to the children and animals in our life we’ll see the simplest practices of support for our body, mind and soul
•
Take your shoes off and walk barefoot on the Earth for a sweet ion exchange which in turn supports you on a cellular level
•
Play in and around water, it has the ability to calm anxiety, lower high blood pressure, and boost the mood along with loads of other support
•
Find variety with how and where you move - swing around that street sign as you walk by, reach out and softly touch plants growing beside your walk way, fold forward and flip your head below your heart and possibly your sacrum…it’s all about simplicity everyone

Explore these options and let me know what works for you in the comments🌟

I was lucky enough to recently attended a day retreat with healer colleagues and humans full of magic
•
One of the healers spoke of the heart and the love it’s possible of emanating
•
About how this love can change the vibration in any given space
•
What if, especially right now in this country, we emanate love instead of any other possible emotion?
•
What if we all took 5 minutes today, tonight, tomorrow, this week, this month to intentionally fill our heart with love and then shine that s**t out to the space around you?
•
Come on, I’ll do it with you 💛

and no shows 💔
•
Life happens, emergencies pop up, COVID quarantine is still a thing
•
This little practice is just me and it’s my sole (soul’s) income
•
Your awareness, agreement and follow through of my late and no show fees is necessary for my practice to exist
•
To each of you that supports my practice and respects my fees, THANK YOU💕
•
This is not an easy post to put out into the IG world but it’s crucial for me to communicate for my small practice and any other little babes out there that need support✨
•
Working as a sole proprietor means I am not taking home 100% (or even close) of my fees
•
I have spent years learning that what these treatments offer to each individual client are critical and open up structurally interoceptive doors needed for positive change
•
Supporting my practice in all the ways is a ripple effect, it means you are also supporting others receiving the care they need
•
Thank you for reading, understanding and most of all supporting
