Atlas Commercial recently completed a long-term lease with a prominent medical group for 4,836 square feet of medical office space at the MEI Office Building in Tualatin, Oregon. Tenant occupancy is targeted for Fall 2026.
This lease brings the MEI Building to 100% leased, with Atlas Management continuing property management services and oversight of tenant improvements.
