Together we redesigned the zoning so that the highest residential density now follows 60th Ave. rather than being bound along the I-84 freeway. Working with Architect Ross Chapin and Landscape Architect Mike Abatte I served as project manager, planner, & public outreach coordinator in the approval of the 5th St. Cottages Pocket Neighborhood in Gresham for Mike McKeel. Currently, I work with residents seeking to develop a cottage subdivision, the Metro South Transfer Station expansion, and completing the redevelopment of the Kellogg Middle School(KMS) for Portland Public Schools(PPS). Providing both land use planning and public engagement services, my City of Portland Conditional Use Application was approved including 6 zoning adjustments. Additional products to date include: quarterly community updates; demographic analysis of community uses of the PPS schools in the KMS feeder school area; and Site Management Manual, integrating approval requirements.
