Finished this up the other week. Customer had carpet on the stair that continued into all the bedrooms on the second floor. They decided it was time for some hardwood and they got just that and then some.

This was a fun one. Originally had the center piece laying flat against the wall, then we decided to try and build it out. What a difference it make!

New Hardie Shingles on front and side to replace the old cedar shakes. 5 windows and new PVC rake trim to go with it. Looks great and will last much longer then the cedar!

Tore down and build this 2 weeks ago. Stairs were giving away and the deck itself was about 20 years old. We all felt better to replace the whole structure instead of trying to save it. Looks great and feel alot safer then before.

Finished this up earlier in the week, had been waiting for the rail to come in. I always lean more to the composite rail, but the aluminum looks great on this. Also had the entry door replaced to give it a complete makeover. Some before pictures at the end.

Kitchen build/remodel from previous job

Before and after photos of a deck refacing project we just completed. The existing framing was in good condition, given its age, so we applied joist tape to extend its lifespan. Very common door trim rotting at the base. Caught it just in time, any longer and the frame would have had to be replaced as well. Removed the little bit of rot that was there, filled with foam and applied new pvc casing to match the previous look.
