OPEN: Oregon Program Evaluators Network
Founded in 1997, the Oregon Program Evaluators Network (OPEN) is an organization for professionals who are involved with or interested in program evaluation. OPEN allows for the exchange of ideas and information to promote and encourage high-quality evaluation practices. The members of OPEN represent a wide variety of government agencies, non-profits, universities, and private consulting firms. OPEN is Oregon’s local affiliate of the American Evaluation Association (AEA).
