A major step forward for recovery-supportive workplaces in Maine πŸ’™

In October 2025, Maine’s Executive Branch became a designated Recovery Friendly Workplace, impacting more than 12,000 employees across the state and reinforcing the important role workplaces play in supporting health, well-being, and recovery.

As part of their commitment, the State shared:
β€œ...the workplace can be a powerful source of stability and connection.”

We’re encouraged to see this leadership helping set the tone for recovery-supportive workplace culture across both the public and private sectors in Maine.
