Dr. Ted Lillie has a passion for helping patients to recover from injuries and return to normal life. For the past three years he has been practicing as an associate doctor in Minnesota and Oregon where he has treated thousands of patients ranging from motor vehicle accident victims, professional athletes, weekend-warriors, Spanish speaking families, young children, and the elderly. He has receive
d extended post-graduate training in pain-management, whiplash injury biomechanics and traumatology, treatment of athletic injuries, and navigation of the medical-legal system. Dr. Lillie received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Science University, where he served as his class’s lead student senator and was awarded multiple academic and leadership scholarships. He worked as a tutor and teacher’s assistant for several courses and was one of eight students (out of his class of over 130) selected to participate in a month-long clinic rotation in Costa Rica where he volunteered at several clinics in underserved communities. Before chiropractic school, Dr. Lillie graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. While at UWEC, Dr. Lillie was a three-sport NCAA athlete (Cross Country Running, Swimming, and Track), where he was the track team’s two-time top-scoring distance runner, received the cross-country team-leadership award, and was nominated as a finalist for the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Cross Country Scholar-Athlete award. Outside of work, Dr. Lillie enjoys all of the outdoor adventures that the Northwest has to offer. He strives to live a healthy lifestyle and is an avid runner with six marathons under his belt (including winning the 2012 Minneapolis marathon and finishing in the top 1% at the 2013 Boston Marathon on the day of the terrorist bombings). He also enjoys weight lifting, playing in local soccer leagues, and playing piano and guitar.
