Heretic House

We are still rebuilding from that little fire we had in February, but the newest room should be inhabitable by the end of August or middle of September at latest. We are looking to fill ir with an artistically minded individual that wants to live with a bunch of the same. The floor is pretty spacious with a floor-to-ceiling closet that could just be floorspace as well. There is also a loft bed outside of that footprint with two shelves of storage; it is sized for a full-sized mattress to fit easily, but upna few stairs. The loft has a skylight, a power outlet including usb plugs, and its own light. The room has two incorporated lights on a dimmer and six outlet pairs near the ground.
For several reasons, no w**d can be grown at our house. Also, no hard drugs are ever allowed. The space is well insulated and we incourage music and visual art making. So heretic house had a fire on February 27th from a faulty electrical connection between two cords. No one was injured and due to my housemates quickly containing the blaze, all the damage should be repairable. However, Much destruction and repairing will have to happen to make this go on in a quick manner. We are going to start doing demolition today- tearing out damaged drywall and insulation, and then putting insulation and drywall back up. If anyone has reflective mylar or spray foam insulation or full sheets of drywall or drywall screws, and wanted to donate it, we would take it. Also if you wanted to donate labor time to deal with this remodel, let me know. Also, if you you are experienced hanging drywall for ceilings and walls and may want to do some paid work, let me know.

Also, if you have places near our house that could temporarily house up some.of the people that live here, please let us know.
