After a few months off, I’m back where I belong — on the water and on the trail. Proud to be part of the Trail Butter team as a whitewater kayaker, arborist, and avid outdoorsman.

Trail Butter Pro .refsnider checking in after his first thru-ride of the new Orogenesis Trail. Kurt was on the trail 135 days....! 

In summary, he rode 4725 miles with 498,000 feet of descending, and 583 hours pedaling and pushing. In doing so, his body burned 376,000 calories.

Now what's he doing? Putting in 25+ hour training weeks for whatever it is that comes next. Or possibly, as highly-active recovery.
