We have finally settled into our new home at Momentum Performance and Wellness and are excited to invite you all in to check out our new space!

Our strength classes are here to help you get stronger AND feel more confident when doing barbell lifts! They are intentionally capped at 10 people so our coaches can provide feedback and spotting support as needed.
