On this day two years ago The Portland House Hunters became myself ( ) and .silvestri and our beloved Sarah who is not on Instagram but is integral to our team. We let go of some negative energy and it feels like the perfect group. I am proud to say we all get along so well, we all work so hard, care a ton, try our best and lead with kindness. became the best version of ourselves and we celebrate that 🥂

Sweet Wanda and her fur baby got keys to their new Portland house today! When Wanda first came to us her life was changing in some dramatic ways, empty nest, and getting out of a small town. But this crazy spring market and the wild times of the world had her NOT only NOT being an empty nester BUT also potentially adding her mom to the mix, multigenerational life here we come!!
Now I won’t say that Wanda was the most offers ever written for one client BUT she was up there. For the record the most has been 11 which is hellish and heartbreaking but actually ended up with a great house in a wonderful neighborhood! And same for Wanda!!
We looooove our clients and we love their pets and we love Portland. And we love when you reach out for help buying or selling 💚🏡✌️

In my continuing series of houses I would buy in Oregon I present this gorgeous and historic St Helens property. For those who don’t know about St Helens it’s about 40 minutes NW of Portland. It is an adorable small town with two rad facts, one is every year they have Halloweentown. And 2 this is a big locale for Twilight filming. I think it’s a gem and I would definitely live there. And at these prices it just makes sense to go a little further out.

Rare opportunity in the heart of the Historic Riverfront Plaza District. The Cox William House (1890), the largest and one of the most architecturally significant Victorian residences on the river grade level, offers notable potential for commercial, residential, or mixed-use purposes. Individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this Italianate-style home features a hipped roof with bracketed eaves, an expansive verandah with turned posts and scroll sawn brackets, and elongated double-hung sash windows. Relocated in 1912 and situated on two full city lots, the property is located in a high-visibility downtown corridor and is zoned for both commercial and residential uses, providing flexibility for a range of permitted uses. With its scale, historic character, and prominent location, the home will welcome the next steward to continue its story through restoration, redevelopment, or thoughtful adaptive reuse.
