15 year Old water heater dip tube flaked off causing low water pressure, we had to replace all the hot water lines to remove the plastic chunks stuck in the water line.
The Cost was $$$$$......after plumbing 35 years in Portland, I would advise you to replace your water heater every 10 years to be safe.....
