I’m excited to share that I’ll be at Third Place Books Lake Forest Park Seward Park on Thursday, January 15th at 7pm for a conversation about Surviving Climate Anxiety.
We’ll talk about what it means to care deeply about the planet and care for your own mental health, how to steady your nervous system, clarify your environmental identity, and find a grounded path through these times.
Art and music are important too! I'll be accompanied by cellist Lori Goldston music
The event is free and open to everyone. There will be a Q&A and book signing afterward, and I’d love to meet you.
If you can, please RSVP using the link in the comments. It helps the store know how many books and chairs to set out, but it’s not required. All are welcome.
Hope to see you there. 🌍
