The case closed sheltered workshops and ensured Oregonians with disabilities would work in integrated workspaces and be compensated at the same rate as workers without disabilities.

Starting on Wednesday, June 24th, face coverings are required for indoor public spaces in Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Hood River, Marion, Polk, and Lincoln counties. As we live with this disease for the foreseeable future, face coverings need to become a part of our daily lives to stay safe.

Exceptions for the face covering mandate: a person with a medical condition or disability that prevents the individual from wearing a face covering, and children under the age of 12, will not be subject to this mandate. Detailed guidance to come.
