Pandyfest 2018 is poised to deliver in some new, rocking, funky, powerful, and soulful ways. History: The name "Pandy" is a goofy blend of the principal organizers' names Patrick & Mandy. June 2016 Patrick and Mandy married on the same site and hosted a smaller scale event that was super fun. Last year the Eclipse was the ultimate headliner following some of Portland's finest tenured bands and so
me rising stars as well. Food:
The plan for food to be available is being established now. People will have the option to bring their snacks/meals should they choose to do so. Other delicious on-site options will be available and announced before long so stay tuned for future posts and news. Drink:
Alcohol to be provided ON-SITE with a (to be announced) tap list including Oregon/regional varieties of high quality and always ice cold. All drinks priced very friendly as no outside alcohol is the way it's gotta be (OLCC permitted event). NA beverages and lots of water will be provided as well. Stay hydrated folks!!
*Drink plans to be offered for purchase in advance (at friendly discounted rate) in sets of 5-10-15-20-etc..., or can be purchased on-site at the same friendly rate. Know thyself, save thyself some money, buy em ahead of time...*
*VOLUNTEER Option*:
We will be seeking some willing and friendly folks to do some light work, beer/cider pouring, etc... a few hours and compensation/reduced admission can be had. Contact us: [email protected]
Not Permitted:
Fires/open flames/cook-stoves/etc not permitted due to dry season and the safety and well-being of all attendees and the property. Many efforts are being made to reduce waste, reduce your burden to bring lots of stuff/gear besides your essentials, and make this event a truly unique and memorable experience for all attendees. Please respect the plan, your fellow attendees, and the hosts. No outside alcohol folks, yep... Drink prices set very friendly, respect. Camping:
"Glamping"-20' x 20' (max) is the expected space permitted per vehicle/campsite to host the max number of attendees (150). RV space will exist for those inclined to do it up, though facility hook-ups DON'T exist. Family Camp-highly recommended for those that have kids and those that want/need to get some rest at the end of each night (see below). Camp Fairly Lively-those that don't consider sleep a priority should set up camp here and expect revelry and all-night shenanigans. It will happen and if you are up for it, this is where you must camp. Know yourself and embrace your endless spirit among others that do the same in this camp. Pandy "Sky"-shade from the sun will be provided in the form of timber mounted silk canopies around the stage/food areas. Bring pop-up shade tents/umbrellas as you wish for camp-shade and other shade needs as you see fit. 2018 will have an improved and shadier set-up! Families-you and your kids are welcome and will have a blast at Pandyfest! There will be a giant slip & slide in the heat of the day and other games for the kids to enjoy. Adults also welcome on the slip & slide! Kids welcome in all areas except Camp Fairly Lively and the (new this year) 21+ ONLY Zone (see below)
