We are looking for a full-time team member to join our firm. Two or more years of office experience is a must, Microsoft Office is a must and tax experience is a bonus. We need teammates with the highest level of honesty and integrity and exposure working with upscale clientele in a professional setting. You must be able to pass a full background check and a drug test.

Responsibilities include answering phones, managing calendars for multiple partners, greeting clients, problem solving client issues, responding to mail and emails, and providing support to other teammates. This position will greet clients and have a helpful and cheerful attitude even under pressure. Superb client service is our main goal.

Qualities desired include a great phone presence, must be outgoing with a friendly disposition. Candidate must be organized with a good short-term memory and be a self-starter. Attention to detail with strong computer and technology skills is very important.
