ELTC and NeuroInclusive Training & Collaboration (NIT&C) are sister companies founded by Jennifer and Julia Dodd. They serve different audiences with the same core belief: neurodivergent brains deserve environments built for them.
ELTC is the clinical side. Individual therapy, couples therapy, ADHD and autism assessments, medication management, KAP, and community groups for neurodivergent adults.
NIT&C is the systems side. Training, workshops, consulting, and coaching for organizations, teams, universities, and leaders who want to move from awareness to real structural inclusion.
Whether you're an individual looking for affirming care or an organization ready to change how you work, there's a door for you. Both companies serve clients nationwide and worldwide.

Tired of Explaining Yourself Just to Be Understood?
You know that thing where you start sharing something about how your brain works, and halfway through you realize you're spending more energy translating the experience than you are processing it?
That's exhausting. And it's one of the loneliest parts of being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world.
Our community group exists so you don't have to do that. It's a biweekly, 90-minute space on Zoom for late-identified autistic and ADHD adults, facilitated by Jennifer Dodd, LCSW, who is herself a late-identified AuDHDer. Eight people max.
No translating. No performing. Just showing up as you are with people who get it without the explanation.
$100 per session. Biweekly. Online.

What It Costs and Why We're Transparent About It
We know therapy is an investment. We also know that unclear pricing makes an already vulnerable process feel harder. So here's the full picture.
- Individual therapy with Jennifer: $275 per 50-minute session, telehealth only.
- ADHD medication management with Julia: $150 initial (60 min), $50 follow-ups (20 min).
- KAP medical intake with Julia: $225 (60 min), follow-ups $100 (30 min).
- ND Community Group: $100 per 90-minute session.
We're out-of-network with all insurance plans. That's a deliberate choice. It means your care isn't shaped by what an insurance company approves. We provide superbills for every session so you can submit for potential reimbursement through your plan.
No hidden fees. No surprises.
