The ACE Mentorship Program may have wrapped up last month, but the impact is still going strong! 🎉 We recently caught up with our amazing who dedicated their time to mentoring the next generation of A/E/C professionals, and their enthusiasm says it all.

From sharing real-world insights to building meaningful connections, our team loved the opportunity to inspire and support these students as they explore their future in the industry. 💡👷‍♀️🏗️ We’re proud to be part of a program that invests in growth, curiosity, and community, and even prouder of the incredible mentors who make it all possible!

Our project - Hillcrest Veterans Village - was a float in the Memorial Day parade in Grants Pass! It's clear this is a project that the whole community is excited about! We're even more thrilled to share that it's on track for the grand opening to be Veterans Day 2026! How fitting for this project! We of course want to thank our partners, Mid Rogue Foundation, Momentasize, Urban Resources Inc., Gerlitz, and many more - Thank you for all your hard work! We can't wait to see this community get the housing it needs 💛

CIDA had an incredible evening at 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲 at the beautiful Waverley Country Club ✨🌊 Supporting The Salvation Army’s mission in the Portland Metro area—an organization we’ve proudly partnered with for over 30 years 🤝❤️
This event 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝟭𝟰𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, providing critical support like shelter, meals, safety, and care for individuals and families in need. Every dollar raised helps continue that life-changing work in our community.

And yes… we couldn’t resist a little fun! 🎉 Our team bid (and WON!) the iconic rainbow cake from Carlo’s Bake Shop—made famous on Cake Boss 🌈🍰 A sweet win for a great cause!

From inspiring stories to a lively silent auction and Dessert Dash, it was a memorable night filled with community, generosity, and impact.
