Most of us experience ourselves as a continuous person moving through a continuous lifeโbut what happens when that continuity shifts?
โDrawing from a recent medical experience involving memory loss and glitching consciousness, we'll explore how the sense of self is continually constructed from changing conditions. Through guided meditation and reflection, we'll investigate the Buddha's teachings on not-self and emptiness - not as abstract concepts, but as insights that can emerge when we look closely at our own experience.
