This Sunday is Father's Day, and the day before we will be at The Original Gresham Farmers' Market with fresh, hot Pie Wiches. The weather will be perfect, upper 70's and Simpsons-looking clouds in the sky. The flavors this week will be:

NEW Spinach Artichoke Pie Wich - Slice of Heaven Farm Spinach, Artichoke Hearts, Cannelini Beans, Parmesan Cheese

Steak & Ale Pie Wich (Dairy-Free) - Steak, Potatoes, Carrots, Harvest Moon Mushrooms, Tomatoes, in a broth made from Evasion Old School Ale

Philly Pie Wich - Steak, Green Peppers, Provolone, Swiss, & Mozzarella Cheese

Tarragon Trail Pie Wich - Chicken Breast, Mushrooms, Fresh Tarragon in a Cream Sauce

Curried Chicken Pie Wich - Chicken Breast, Peas, Carrots, Potatoes In a Coconut Curry Sauce

Breakfast Pie Wich (V) - Just Egg, Hash Browns, House-made soy “bacon”, Violife Cheddar

We will also have a limited number of 6" Marionberry Pies kept cold, and a few Fruity Pebbles cauldron treats as well. Can't wait to see you all this Saturday!

We had another amazing Saturday and wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who came out and got a Pie Wich (or more than one!) We sold out of everything except for one, and we only had four of those left. We admit that a spicy vegan Pie Wich might not be everyone's favorite, but still we brought 19 Buffalo Cauliflower Pie Wiches and sold 15, so there's clearly some interest. We're already gearing up for next weekend, which should be even nicer and is also Fathers Day Weekend. I don't know exactly what we're making yet, but we'll announce the menu later this week.

It's a beautiful Juneuary morning at The Original Gresham Farmers' Market and we have fresh, hot Pie Wiches for sale. Get them before the rain starts. Also, this is the last time this season we will have the Cheesy Bacon Asparagus Pie Wich because it's out of season.

We have two events coming up this week:

Today from 3-7, we will be at the Rockwood Community Market offering our frozen Pie Wiches. We will also have some rice krispy treats available. They don't allow hot food for sale there, but we figured since the kitchen where we make our Pie Wiches is right there, we'd gauge interest in frozen Pie Wiches. A few people have asked about it on Saturdays, so this is your chance. I will include the list of the ones we will have available.

Then on Saturday, we're back at The Original Gresham Farmers' Market. We're not scared of a little rain, and if you're not either, come out and get you some fresh, hot Pie Wiches! These are the flavors we will have on Saturday. Hope to see you there!

Welp, once again you showed up in droves to get our Pie Wiches. Every day this month we have sold out of our savory gluten-free hand pies. We're starting to run out of words to express our gratitude at how amazing this local community is. And not just local either. We had one person who came all the way up from Salem! We are humbled by how much you like them, as well as all of you who have been coming back week after week!

Starting on Thursday June 4, we will also be appearing at the Rockwood Farmers Market from 3-7, and we will have frozen Pie Wiches for you to take home and heat up. The flavors we will have on hand will be: Chicken Pot Pie Wich, Mushroom & Onion Pie Wich (Vegan), Steak and Ale Pie Wich, Bacon Mac & Cheese Pie Wich, and "Chik'n" Pot Pie Wich (Vegan). We will also have a limited number of Cauldron Treats available. Hope to see you there!

We want to give a special shout-out to Hooked on You Custom Designs at The Original Gresham Farmers' Market. They made a new sign for us and we absolutely love it! It looks gorgeous, fits our theme perfectly, and to call the price "reasonable" is an understatement. I was also able to read it from a good distance. They communicated with us well to make sure the sign was exactly what we wanted. The other side of the sign holds a piece of paper we can put our menu on.
