She has been studying metals at the 92nd Street Y in New York City since 2002, taking classes with Jiwon Han, Sayumi Yokouchi, and Klaus Burgel as well as guest artist Suzan Rezec. Victoria has also studied at Penland School of Crafts in North Carolina and The Mendocino Arts Center in California. She grew up in a small town in South Central Michigan and lived in New York City for over 20 years.
