We play marimbas, huge wooden xylophone-like instruments. These are hand-made by Jacob, and are created from a variety of woods. The music we play is based on traditional Zimbabwean music from the Shona culture. It incorporates great rhythms, and inspires foot-tapping, hip-swaying and dancing. We're very excited to be returning to the Lewiston Auburn Art Walk, presented by https://www.laarts.org this coming Friday, July 25, 2025, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Please come show your support for the arts and the community. We'll be banging away in Dufresne Plaza unless the weather forces us inside, in which case we'll be in Callahan Hall inside the Lewiston Public Library. Come hungry--There are so many places to eat.
