If you are experiencing one, more or other of these, join Heather Oneal for an online 9-week Mind-Body Skills Group*. In this interactive space you will learn about, and practice, self-care techniques useful in decreasing stress, healing trauma and increasing awareness around being with yourself and your emotions.
These are proven techniques that counteract and calm the fight/flight/freeze responses. This gives us a chance to reestablish the brain connections to a healthier way of being with our thoughts and feelings. In practicing these techniques, we can also journey from self-awareness and acceptance to self-love and compassion.
Thursdays, 6-8pm PT / 9-11pm ET - starts April 17th.
