About Mario - After spending 6 years working behind the stick in New York at industry leading cocktail bars such as Saxon and Parole, Mario Salas spent the last year bringing to life a world class bar culture at St. Jack on NW 23rd with his brother John. Sadly, Mario’s time Ptown is coming to an end as he will be taking his talents back to Miami to contribute to their growing cocktail scene, but fortunately, we all have one last opportunity to experience Mario’s talent and passion in person behind our bar before he begins his next big adventure.
