Community & Adolescent Health

The Community & Adolescent Health (CAH) program is a part of the Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion Unit of the Multnomah County Health Department. We work with schools, community-based organizations, and youth to prevent and reduce violence in our community. We give people tools to improve the places they live, learn, work, play and worship.

The People's Market in Rockwood has just three weekends left! Join us on Sundays at the East County Courthouse Lot (18480 SE Stark St 97233) from 1:00 to 5:00 PM to:

- shop local produce and goods from BIPOC farmers and vendors
- enjoy free community events and workshops
- shop with SNAP, cash, or card.

- October 19: Pumpkin carving for kids (everything provided)
- October 26: Halloween, pumpkin carving, trick-or-treat safety tips
- November 2: End-of-market festival and emergency preparedness workshop
