~ High glucose sweeteners free (We used only whole leaf green stevia powder and minimal coconut sugar in our baking mixes. Stevia is not a sweetener, but a plant that happens to have a sweet taste. Coconut sugar is an unrefined sugar that is naturally low in glucose and rich in amino acids.)

~ In addition, Nurture Me Nature baking mixes are dairy and cholesterol free and most of them are vegan. The preparation instructions don't call for use of butter, margarine or solid vegetable oils.

~ Because the mixes are grain free, they are Paleo/Gaps friendly!
