In taking you through The Clarify Method one of our first steps is to define who your person is.

This is your ideal client.

This is who you wish you were working with every day.

We get very specific with the details of who this person is, your client avatar, even down to his or her psychological profile and past history.

It’s usually based on someone you’ve already worked with, but not always.

Once we have a sheet or two describing her or him in detail, we take this person on a journey.

We use a Storybrand script and map out how this client interacts with you to become the hero of their story (it’s not you who’s the hero, it’s your client).

Finally, we synthesize this information into every detail of marketing.

It’s infused into how we speak on your website and in your social media.
