Hi friends! Lighthouse Yoga PDX in Lents has reopened and I’m teaching a series of 6 classes Sundays at 12:30 - 2pm from July 13 - August 17 on the Kleshas. What are the Kleshas? Yoga’s ancient wisdom describes them as the mental afflictions that cause our suffering.
