The 30,000-square-foot former Natures Fresh Northwest building will be converted into a roughly 22,000-square-foot mix of street level retail space and second-story creative office space. Phase II will add 85 apartment units and additional retail space to two properties at SE Division Street at SE 31st & 32nd Avenues. Work begins in mid-2013 on the second phase, with occupancy projected for Spring 2014. The Phase II buildings will include off street parking for apartment renters.
