In yesterday's newsletter we hinted at our incredible, long-standing collaboration with and today we're diving a little deeper into some of the beautiful products we've created together.
These gorgeous items: eyemasks, scrunchies, and fold up bags, are crafted from upcycled sari silk. If you know, you know. The vibrant colors and unique patterns of sari silk are stunning and each piece is one of a kind. And the sari is more than just a garment; it is a powerful symbol of Indian heritage and identity,
But why upcycled fabrics? Beyond their stunning aesthetics, choosing upcycled materials is a huge win for the planet!
Reduces Waste: We're giving beautiful textiles a second life instead of them ending up in landfills.
Lowers Environmental Impact: It significantly decreases the demand for new raw materials and the energy/water intense processes of conventional fabric production.
Supports Ethical Production: Especially with partners like Love Welcomes, it ensures a positive social impact alongside the environmental one.
Every purchase supports dignified work for women rebuilding their lives and promotes a more sustainable fashion industry.
