Painting For A Purpose

Another look back at an awarded grant from our 25'-26' year! Seniors at PATHS taught hip hop and afro beats dance classes to middle school and elementary school students. They gained skills in developing routines, teaching classes, and adaptability. Together they created a safe space for students to express themselves!

Early this year we launched an emergency grant for students to apply to. This grant was an opportunity for students to make a larger impact and bolster their communities in a clear time of need.

Students in the Asian Students Union at Portland High School developed a mural that was designed and painted by their group. Utilizing project management skills, leadership, and team work they were able to work together to create a mural that will continue to be a symbol of representation and inclusion for years to come!
